Please provide clear visual references to help convey the desired concept — such as clothing, accessories, or other characters’ designs for inspiration — along with written details describing multiple design elements or personality traits. Every detail is helpful.
If you wish to include extra elements within the reference sheet (e.g. expressions, accessories, props, etc.), please list and provide references before the commission starts for approval.
The total price may vary depending on the complexity and number of elements, with a maximum of 6 elements per reference sheet.
If you would like a second view of the character (e.g. back view) or an alternative version of the design (such as different outfit, accessories, expression, or NSFW/nude version), it will include an additional fee of $15 USD / $300 MXN.
Redesigning or copying an existing character’s design is not allowed. Such commissions will not be accepted.

1. General
Please include a reference image or example of the desired pose and/or expression for your character(s).
I reserve the right to decline any commission if the theme, content, or client’s attitude feels inappropriate.
Disrespectful, demanding, or abusive behavior will result in an immediate cancellation with a refund; the client will lose all rights to any progress made and will not be allowed to commission again.
Commissions are completed in order of payment confirmation, not message order.
2. Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal (international) and bank transfer (Mexico only).
Payment must be made within 48 hours after confirmation to secure your slot.
You may choose to pay 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after completion, depending on your preference.
Private commissions (not to be posted on my platforms or portfolio) include an extra fee of $10 USD / $200 MXN as a confidentiality agreement.
Please provide proof of payment (screenshot or receipt) before the work begins.
3. Turnaround Time (TAT)
Estimated completion time is between 1 week and 1 month per commission, depending on complexity, workload, and personal breaks.
I will keep you updated on progress or delays.
If you do not respond to updates or sketch approvals within 48 hours, the commission will pause until you reply.
4. Process & Revisions
You will receive progress updates during the sketch stage.
Revisions and concept adjustments are only accepted during the sketch stage (no extra cost).
Major concept changes after the lineart approval will not be accepted.
Alternative versions (e.g., outfit swaps, accessories, expressions, color changes) have an extra fee of $10 USD / $200 MXN.
Rush or deadline commissions (+20% fee) are available upon request.
5. Rights & Usage
All artworks are for personal use only, unless a commercial license is discussed and agreed upon (additional fee based on intended use).
“Personal use” includes: profile icons, wallpapers, personal printing, or sharing on social media (with credit).
Clients must credit me when sharing my artwork publicly.
I retain all copyright and reproduction rights to my work.
My artworks cannot be used for NFTs, AI datasets, blockchain projects, merchandise, or promotional material without written permission.
Unless a privacy fee is paid, I may post the artwork on my social media or portfolio as part of my examples.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Full refunds are only available during the sketch or first progress stage.
50% refunds are available if the commission is already in lineart or coloring.
No full refunds once the final artwork has been approved and delivered.
If I personally cancel the commission (for discomfort or complications), you will receive a full refund, and neither party may use or repost the unfinished artwork.
7. Client Conduct
Any rude, pushy, or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of the commission without refund.
Clients are expected to respond politely, respect the process, and avoid excessive demands.
8. Artist’s Rights
I reserve the right to use finished artworks for portfolios, examples, or promotion, unless privacy has been paid for.
Prices may change for future commissions, but agreed quotes remain valid for existing clients.
9. Art Details
Do not edit, crop, recolor, or remove my watermark.
No detailed backgrounds or complex structures will be drawn.
